I’m a certified personal trainer who believes that fitness is for every woman, at every age — and that it can completely transform not only your body but your mindset and your life.
At the age of 60, I decided to embark on a brand-new career as a personal trainer, stepping out of my comfort zone to follow a lifelong passion for movement and wellbeing. Along the way, I discovered incredible new training disciplines that challenged me in ways I never imagined possible. These experiences built up my strength, flexibility, and confidence — but even more importantly, they opened the door to a vibrant new community of supportive, empowering women.

My classes are designed especially for women who want to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance and confidence — whether you’re returning to exercise, starting fresh, or looking for something new and inspiring. Each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and mindful movement. You’ll move with purpose, build confidence, and feel amazing both physically and mentally.

Build strong foundations with strong core work designed to improve balance, posture, and control in everyday movement.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Target your glutes, thighs, and abs with this focused toning workout. Using squats, lunges, leg lifts, and core exercises, you’ll build strength and definition.
Full Body Workout
Get everything you need in this comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups from head to toe. Combining strength training and functional movements while building lean muscle and endurance.
Menopause Fitness Classes
Specially designed for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, though also great for younger women. Combines low-impact exercise, strength training, and relaxation techniques to support bone and pelvic health and boost wellbeing.
Core & Stability
Build rock-solid core strength with exercises targeting your abs, back, hips, and pelvic floor. You’ll improve balance and enhance everyday movement. Perfect for all levels, this functional fitness class creates the strong centre your body needs.
Barre
This is a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Using small, controlled movements at the barre and on the mat, you’ll create long, lean muscles and improve posture. Build strength, flexibility, and grace in every session.
